Mark Wollacott is a thirty year old Brit from the Cotswolds.

He began writing in 2000 when press-ganged into writing a play for the 2001 Drovers Arts Festival in Lampeter. He has since written for Kansai Scene, Kansai Time Out and the Austin Post.

Mark graduated from the University of Wales, Lampeter in 2002 with a degree in Ancient History and Archaeology. He went on to work for a hiking company, then taught English in Japan on the JET Programme for five years before returning to write full-time for the Austin Post. He currently lives in Budapest, Hungary.

Mark enjoys writing about business, technology, life, football (soccer), Japan, books and current events. In his spare time he reads copious amounts of books, enjoys exploring new cities, trying new foods and some sports.
